30-Day Free Return & Exchange Window
You may return or exchange any new, unused, and unopened item within 30 calendar days from the date your shipment was delivered. Returns and exchanges are completely free of charge—no return shipping fees, no hidden costs. To be eligible, items must be in their original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and tags included. Products that show signs of wear, tampering, or missing components may be subject to a partial refund or rejection. Custom or personalized items, final sale items, and software that has been downloaded are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start the process, please contact our Customer Experience team via email at [email protected] or call us at (303) 555-0142. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return. Our team will issue a prepaid return shipping label and provide step-by-step instructions. For exchanges, we will reserve your requested replacement item upon receiving the return tracking number. We recommend using the original shipping carton and including all packaging materials to prevent damage during transit.
Refund Processing – 10 Business Days
Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that your financial institution may take additional time to post the credit to your account depending on their processing policies. If the return was due to a defect or our error, you will receive a full refund including original shipping costs (if any). For change-of-mind returns, the cost of standard ground shipping is non-refundable, but we will refund the full product price and applicable taxes.
No Restocking Fee
ELECTRICVIBE does not charge any restocking fees. The amount you paid for the product (excluding non-refundable shipping charges) will be refunded in full. We believe in transparent pricing—no surprises.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a prepaid return and ship a replacement at no additional cost, or issue a full refund if you prefer. Photographic or video evidence may be requested to expedite resolution.
