Free Shipping
ELECTRICVIBE offers free standard shipping on all orders placed within the contiguous United States. No minimum purchase is required. This offer applies to every order, every day. Exclusions may apply to Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories; if you reside in these areas, please contact us before placing an order for a shipping quote.
Order Processing & Handling Time
All orders are processed within 0 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed after our daily cut-off time will begin processing on the next business day.
- Cut-off time: 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST)
- Handling time: 0–2 business days
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Transit Time
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, the estimated transit time is 2–5 business days within the contiguous United States. Please note that transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, carrier delays, high volume periods).

Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. The carrier used for your order will be selected based on your location and package characteristics. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Order Tracking
After your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package. If you do not receive tracking information within 48 hours of your order being marked “shipped,” please contact us at the email below.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. ELECTRICVIBE is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you realize an error after placing your order, contact us immediately. We will attempt to change the address if the order has not yet shipped.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
ELECTRICVIBE is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen packages after they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
