Free Shipping
We are proud to offer free standard shipping on all orders placed within the continental United States. There are no minimum purchase requirements, hidden fees, or coupon codes needed. Every order from ELECTRICVIBE ships free of charge. This offer applies to all products listed on our site, unless otherwise noted. Currently, we do not offer expedited or overnight shipping options, but we are working to introduce them soon.
Order Processing and Handling Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) after your order is placed and payment is confirmed. Processing includes order verification, quality checks, packaging, and labeling. Please note that processing time does not include shipping transit time. If your order is placed after 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on a business day, or on a weekend or holiday, it will be considered as placed on the next business day and will begin processing accordingly.
Cut-Off Time
Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM EST. Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST on a business day will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this cut-off time will begin processing on the following business day. For example, an order placed at 4:30 PM EST on Monday will start processing on Monday, while an order placed at 5:30 PM EST on Monday will start processing on Tuesday. We recommend placing your order early to ensure the fastest possible processing.
Shipping Transit Time
Once your order has been processed and handed over to our shipping carrier, transit time typically ranges from 3 to 6 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they are subject to carrier capacity, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances. We ship via reliable carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to ensure your package arrives safely. We will provide you with a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships so you can monitor its progress.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship only to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states, Washington D.C., and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or international destinations at this time. If you are located outside the U.S., please check back later as we expand our shipping capabilities.
Order Tracking
After your order ships, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also check your order status by logging into your account on our website. If you have not received a tracking email within 4 business days after placing your order, please contact us.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
ELECTRICVIBE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. For packages that are damaged during transit, please keep all original packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at the email or phone number below. We will work with the carrier to resolve your claim promptly. We are not liable for delays caused by carrier service disruptions, weather events, or other factors beyond our control.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. ELECTRICVIBE is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately. We will try to update your order before it ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order is in processing.
Returns and Exchanges
