At ELECTRICVIBE, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. There are no restocking fees.
Eligibility & Process
- Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by email at [email protected] or by phone at (206) 555-0199. Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Please ship your item to: ELECTRICVIBE Returns, 1200 5th Ave, Suite 200, Seattle, WA 98101.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
